The agency is ecstatic to announce the appointment of Marci Goodman-Dobrow as the Director of Operations for its Colorado-based team today.

Over the last two decades, Goodman-Dobrow has specialized in driving organizational efficiency and profitability. By blending a deep knowledge of advertising with a passion for streamlining operations, she has excelled in reducing operational expenditures (OpEx) and alleviating workloads across entire organizations. As a strategic and innovative leader she has delivered overwhelming value to some of the world’s biggest brands: Meta, Snap, Domino’s, Papa John’s, New Balance, and many more.
Prior to founding and leading the ReBALNC consultancy, which assisted agencies in streamlining operations, Goodman-Dobrow was the General Manager – Agency Services Group at the Nexstar Media Group. It was here that she led and implemented the seamless integration of Tribune Media’s broadcast advertising and marketing division into the agency’s operations, facilitating a successful transition during Nexstar’s acquisition of Tribune Media. In addition, her leadership in designing and implementing the automation of task management, project management, CRM and OMS systems was instrumental in driving a growth in revenue within nine months of her appointment at Nexstar.
A strong motivator who thrives in challenging situations, Goodman-Dobrow drove innovative results at Los Angeles-based agency HYFN while in the Chief Operating Officer role. It was here that she empowered and led the analytics, finance, media buying, production, development, human resources, creative and account management teams for the full-service agency. Goodman-Dobrow also managed several of the agency’s largest accounts, including New Balance, Cost Plus World Market, Domino’s, and MGM. Prior to her promotion to the Chief Operations Officer role at HYFN, she was appointed as the agency’s Senior Vice President of Advertising. In this role Goodman-Dobrow conceptualized, orchestrated, and executed the strategic restructuring of all business operations, directly achieving 100% year-on-year growth in a short time.

Prior to her time at HYFN, Goodman-Dobrow was the Vice President of Global Client Services at 4C Insights (now Mediaocean). Here she improved the client experience with the introduction of a fluid client support structure and the account management of clients across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With a heightened focus on individual divisions, Goodman-Dobrow orchestrated and headed the strategic implementation of technical, administrative, and support functions for each 4C Insights client project.
