The role, in brief:

The Designer is responsible for helping lead design aesthetic and execution for all advertising, video, and digital experiences for a wide array of clients.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • You’re a chameleon of creativity, effortlessly adapting your voice to various clients and brands. 
  • Your finger is permanently on the pulse of pop culture. You know what’s trending before it trends, and you can weave these insights into copy that resonates with audiences. 
  • You’re a self-starter who can juggle chainsaws and flaming torches for multiple clients and projects without breaking a sweat. 
  • You have a portfolio showing how your ideas and words have transformed brands and captured imaginations.
  • You eat deadlines for breakfast and still have room for a second helping of client feedback.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Concept, concept, concept. Then concept some more. 
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring your big ideas to life across various mediums.
  • Immerse yourself in each client’s brand, becoming a walking, talking embodiment of their voice and values.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts to ensure your ideas are always fresh and relevant.
  • Manage your time like a boss, seamlessly transitioning between projects and clients throughout the day.

Those who succeed in this role have the following qualifications:  

  • Three to five years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Verbal and written fluency in English with strong grasp of language anomalies
  • Ability to write effectively and persuasively
  • Ability to read and follow through on client and creative direction

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $64,000/yr - $67,000/yr.
