The Designer is responsible for helping lead design aesthetic and execution for all advertising, video, and digital experiences for a wide array of clients.

The Day-to-Day:
- Concept, concept, concept. Then concept some more.

- Immerse yourself in each client’s brand, becoming a walking, talking embodiment of their voice and values.
- Stay on top of industry trends, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts to ensure your ideas are always fresh and relevant.
- Manage your time like a boss, seamlessly transitioning between projects and clients throughout the day.
Those who succeed in this role have the following qualifications:
- Three to five years related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Verbal and written fluency in English with strong grasp of language anomalies
- Ability to write effectively and persuasively
- Ability to read and follow through on client and creative direction
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $64,000/yr - $67,000/yr.
