Integrated Media Coordinator

The role in brief:

Vladimir Jones has an opportunity for a smart, well-organized individual who enjoys a dynamic, creative and busy workplace. You’ll work with a dedicated team coordinating a multitude of projects in our Integrated Media & Data Team. This role will be instrumental in moving workflow through the agency, from an idea to the minds of a consumer. You’ll need to understand how data can translate into a story, enjoy spreadsheets and be comfortable in different types of media buying and data platforms. Most importantly, you need to be nice, energetic and have a positive and progressive mindset!'

Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute paid programs across multiple channels including PPC, Display, Video and Social, and optimize live campaigns in real-time
  • Obtain inventory availability, cost estimates and/or media kits from partners and platforms
  • Manage budgets, timelines and pacing for multiple ad platforms
  • Communicate deadlines and creative requirements of the media plan and buy to teams
  • Enter media schedules into VladTracker (proprietary) workflow system and Campaign Manager for the traffic of ads
  • Assist in resolving media invoices and schedule updates for payment or client billing
  • Become familiar with all media buying and research software tools within the agency
  • Maintain resource and media files
  • Conduct and compile research for client reports by providing insight and analysis on raw campaign data
  • Assist Integrated Planners or other subject matter experts in execution of plans and contracts
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and foster innovative solutions
  • Maintain appropriate and responsive working relationships with media suppliers/partners and internal teams (Account Services, Media, Digital & Creative)

  • Communicate in a clear, coherent and professional manner
  • Develop and facilitate strong relationships across the agency, and in workflow
  • Represent the team and the agency in a positive manner in all endeavors
  • Effective problem-solver and generator of innovative solutions
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills and style

Those who succeed in this role have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in advertising, communications, journalism, business or data sciences
  • Some experience or familiarity with paid ad platforms and analytics tools: certification in Google Ads, GA4, Meta, etc.
  • Comfortability with analyzing sets of numbers and providing insights
  • At least a basic level of Excel knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google applications

Schedule and Location:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Remote work available Mondays and Fridays.

This role is based out of our Denver, CO office.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $24.00 - $26.67/hour.
