People define advertising agency culture. At least that’s what we think. And it’s why a big part of our hiring and professional development is based on our shared values. Ours are:

You’re going on a road trip. Where are you headed?
I’ve always wanted to visit the Pacific Northwest so I’d probably be heading to Astoria, Oregon. It’s near Cannon Beach and one of my favorite movies, “The Goonies,” was filmed there.
If you could bring back an artist from the past for one last show, who would it be?
This is a hard one but I’m going to have to say John Prine. He just recently passed away and I was so bummed about it.
You’re going toe-to-toe in a cook-off with Bobby Flay, and you pick the dish. What are you making?
Sausage Risotto and I’m letting the pressure cooker do all the work!
If you’ve ever had a celebrity encounter, who was it?
While working with the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Association, I got to meet Dai Yoshihara. He is one of my favorite professional drivers and I have looked up to him for a long time.
What is the best form of potatoes?
Mashed potatoes, without a doubt.
