COLORADO SPRINGS, November 14, 2023 – Vladimir Jones, a 100% women-owned and independent advertising agency, announced that Olivia Hess has joined the Colorado-based team as a Senior Insights Strategist.

Hess has built her career in consumer intelligence consultancy and brand strategy development, helping global organizations understand explosive and immediate cultural shifts. She was instrumental in developing strategic narratives and outputs at consultancies Sparks and Honey and Monigle. Most recently in her role as a freelance strategist, Hess revitalized the communications strategies, and messaging of clients, which resulted in new content streams, design assets, and key website development.
