We are also very flexible with providing the time you need to conduct your life in a meaningful way outside of the standard PTO request and within our weekly office hours, because we know that life events are often unplanned. We will always work with you in these instances. Based on agency-wide performance, there is also the potential for a bonus PTO week for the entire agency between Christmas and New Year’s that does not require employees to use any of their personal PTO days.
