Developing a unique brand and the marketing campaign to match.

Before starting Krueger Brothers Construction in 2009, neither Matthew nor Michael Krueger had previously owned or led a business. Yet, they saw how they could create an entirely different and better business entity in the commercial and residential construction industry.

Their general contracting company specializes in exteriors (think roofing, siding, windows and decks) and, all the while, relationships. Whereas the typical model for construction work involves a general contractor subcontracting to many different specialists, Krueger Brothers Construction instead employs a team of 40 (and rising) construction workers and project managers.

For customers, this model means greater consistency in points of contact on the job, a highly accountable team that’s directly responsible for the work being done, and enhanced assurance that their goals will be achieved. The company culture is complementary and connected to that customer experience, too.

“Better Builds Us” is a brand position that evolved naturally from this true and constant narrative. At the center of the family-owned construction company’s marketing campaign is a redesigned website, along with an extensive library of images, and three videos highlighting Krueger Brothers Construction’s specialties. Advertising appears on connected TV, online display, paid social, YouTube pre-roll and radio, targeted to homeowners in a very tight geographic area.
