What’s a Janet? Well, you know when you know.
We went out looking for a new director of brand strategy and insights, and the person we found positively remixed and reset the job description. And for good measure.
We now know, feel and experience the positive effect of having an absolute expert in behavioral research and brand strategy on the team.
A “Janet,” as it were.
So, just who is this particular Janet?
Janet Oak has built her career transforming companies, brands and teams into high-performing growth engines. She previously partnered with companies like Google, Facebook, Disney and McDonald’s as a thought leader in next-generation and multicultural consumer segments. Her enthusiasm and professional contributions fueled high-performing social, mobile and digital activations.
Most recently, as chief brand officer of Eastside Distilling in Portland, Ore., Oak was responsible for stewarding four spirits brands. Of note, while at Eastside, she partnered with PepsiCo’s Frito Lay to launch Lay’s Potato Vodka, which sold out in record time.
And what does Janet do?
Janet plays a critical role in doing right by our clients. Our 2023 will be defined by how well we assess problems and opportunities alongside client brands, then confidently project and fulfill what comes next.
